Elena Walch Beyond the Clouds 2022

Elena Walch Beyond the Clouds is praised for its rich, complex flavors and smooth texture. Many appreciate the blend of Chardonnay with other varietals, offering notes of peach, vanilla, and tropical fruits. While some find the oak and vanilla well-integrated, others feel the wine can be unbalanced with high acidity. Overall, it's a sophisticated choice, though some suggest it benefits from aging.

This Dolomite white blend from Elena Walch is a delightfully aromatic and vibrant wine. With aromas of peach, apricot, and white flower, combined with a hint of spice and minerality, it is a balanced and complex expression of the unique terroir of the Dolomites. On the palate, it is round and refreshing, with a crisp acidity that lingers on the finish. A perfect pairing for seafood dishes or lighter fare.
