Elionaldo
Rich, full-bodied wine with a warm, inviting colour. The nose is powered by by the sweet, toasted notes of baked apple and honey, with a understated accent of oak. On the palate, the flavours of baked apple and caramel are expertly balanced by a smooth, plush texture, with a subtle dash of oak.
Frances
Ectremely well balanced, a elegant blend of layers and finesse.
Milaydia
Intricate and concentrated wine with a striking crispness that is both bold and powerful, with a bright and elegant finish. meanwhile it has a lot of potential, the unbalanced tanginess detracts from its broadly quality.

Egly-Ouriet's Ambonnay Grand Cru Champagne receives widespread acclaim for its rich complexity featuring toasted brioche, honey, and citrus notes, balanced by vibrant acidity. While praised for elegant texture and aging potential, some note occasional unbalanced tanginess in younger vintages. The wine consistently demonstrates layered minerality and sophisticated oak integration, with many reviewers highlighting its exceptional structure and capacity to evolve over time.

It has a silky texture and a robust tannin structure, balanced by subtle notes of clove, licorice, and spice. The finish is long and lingering, with a hint of earthiness. Enjoy it now or age it for a few more years to fully appreciate its complexity.
