Toshie
Delicate and elegant wine, with a full bodied and smooth texture, it is a good representation of the Nerello Mascalese grape variety. The nose is defined by undertones of mon-cheri and vanilla, as the taste is mellow and easy to drink, with a low tannin level and a medium body. The aftertaste is controlled by by sweet spices, making it a pleasing and casual wine.
Caronia
Unified blend of Pinot Noir and Nerello Mascalese, this cuvee exhibits the supple qualities of the younger varietal, expertly balancing tannins with a polished finish. A delightful pairing, rivaling the 2008 vintage in terms of generally quality.
Solovey
Wine with a pleasant, but somewhat one-dimensional character, with a lack of strength and nuance that is expected from a volcanic Sicilian.

This Nerello Mascalese presents contrasting opinions, with many praising its smooth texture, balanced tannins, and complex earthy character featuring vanilla notes, while others find it lacking depth. Reviews highlight its lingering finish and volcanic soil influence, though some note inconsistency across vintages. The wine shows good aging potential but divides drinkers with its occasional simplicity.
A striking example of Etna's volcanic terroir, this Nerello Mascalese presents a translucent ruby hue that belies its depth. The nose is a sophisticated interplay of red currant and wild strawberry, underscored by hints of dried herbs and volcanic ash. On the palate, it reveals a taut, medium-bodied structure with finely-grained tannins and a vibrant acidity that frames the wine's mineral core. The finish is long and resonant, echoing with notes of black cherry and a whisper of anise. This wine exemplifies the elegance and complexity characteristic of its Sicilian origins.
