Chi-Yu
Rich, velvety texture with a deep, intense purple hue. layered aromas of dark, concentrated fruits unfold on the nose, containing blackcurrant, blackberry, and ripe fig, alongside cedar, smoked almond, and a wisp of cigarette smoke. The taste is dry, with a smooth, silky grip and a layered, full-bodied structure, supported by a range of tannins and a smoky depth.
Griffiths
Rich, full-bodied wine with a deep, smooth texture. The perfume is noted for by sweet, fruity notes, with undertones of cherry, oak, and a light nuance of vanilla. The texture is dense and full-bodied, with a spicy and slightly sweet finish. and yet it may be overpowering for some, it is a textured and engaging wine for those who appreciate its richness and complexity.
Assie Brisku
Well blended blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot, evoking the essence of the Left Bank. Initially, it presents with a dry, sharp quality, tempered by the arrival of air, revealing a firm tannic backbone. As the hours pass, the wine reveals a more fruit-forward character, with gentle oak flavors adding depth. The finale is long and satisfying, with a mild level of acidity. Overall, a well-balanced wine that may benefit from a bit of aging, but is ultimately a pleasant, if not particularly exceptional, offering.
