This Sancerre presents with a pale straw hue, offering a nose of remarkable precision, where flinty minerality intertwines with vibrant citrus zest and subtle white blossom. On the palate, the wine is a masterclass in balance, showcasing a taut, linear structure with racy acidity that elevates its core of green apple and quince. The mid-palate reveals a whisper of wet stone, adding depth and complexity. The finish is long and crisp, leaving a lingering impression of saline minerality. This wine exemplifies the quintessential elegance and terroir-driven character of Sancerre, making it a benchmark for the region.

Racy and refreshing white wine with a pale yellow hue, augmented by the sweetness of green apple and citrus whispers on the nose. The taste is outlined by a tart and zesty character, with layers of grapefruit, lime, and tart green apple, all harmoniously balanced. The tail is light and mellow, with a gentle mineral presence. This wine is a perfect pairing for a light and gratifying meal, in particular when served with skillet chicken and leeks.
