Subtle Alsacian pinot gris with honey dew, stone fruit, and lemongrass, tempered by a delicate suggestion of skunked notes. The wine's medium body is accompanied by a pale straw hue, its refreshing tanginess and significant residual sugar contributing to a sugary finish. A good pairing for tuna, yet the Wilm pinot gris offers a more graceful and crafted experience.

This Alsace-style Pinot Gris offers honeydew, stone fruit, and lemongrass notes with a sugary finish, though some detect subtle skunked undertones. While praised for its refreshing acidity and tuna pairing potential, comparisons suggest competitors deliver more refined expressions.
Domaine Specht Pinot Gris presents a captivating bouquet that elegantly intertwines aromas of ripe pear, white peach, and a hint of fragrant florals. On the palate, it showcases a medium body with a silky texture, leading to flavors of juicy peaches and subtle citrus notes, complemented by a touch of florality. The soft acidity adds a refreshing lift, balancing the wine’s richness and enhancing its complexity. A mineral undertone provides depth, while the finish is smooth and lingering, echoing hints of stone fruit and a whisper of honey.
