Voss Expert tasting note
On the nose, aromas of tart lemon and green apple mingle with salty sea notes, while a hint of minerality adds intrigue. The palate is light-bodied and refreshing, with flavors of citrus, pear, and herbs backed by a faint hint of oak.

Gilliane
The steel barrel is a poor match for this oak barrel. The inclusion of lychee and smoke hints adds a confusing sophistication to the blend, even as the oak dominates the palate with its minerality. The trail is short and lacks depth.
Heimo
Elegant and seamless wine with a crisp tartness that resonates on the palate, augmented by a soft minerality and citrus notes. The oak and salt tones are well-integrated, adding substance and complexity. A truly elite Santorini white, with a long finale and a rewarding finish.
Mixamax
A remarkable discovery on the island of Paros, a vintage 2018 that was readily available, only to find that the 2014 vintage was the only one left. The staff's prompt apology and fair price for the 2014 vintage were a delightful surprise.

Domaine Sigalas Santorini Barrel is praised for its elegant balance of oak, citrus, and minerality. While some find the oak overpowering, others appreciate its integration with citrus and vanilla. The wine's vibrant acidity and smooth finish are consistently noted, though some mention a short trail. It pairs well with seafood and savory dishes, offering a refined and polished drinking experience.

On the nose, aromas of tart lemon and green apple mingle with salty sea notes, while a hint of minerality adds intrigue. The palate is light-bodied and refreshing, with flavors of citrus, pear, and herbs backed by a faint hint of oak. The finish is long and smooth, with a pleasant salinity that lingers on the tongue.
