Domaine Fournier Père et Fils Sauvignon Blanc Val de Loire 'MMM' 2023

This Sauvignon Blanc offers a clean, vibrant profile with green vegetal aromas and a mineral-driven character. The acidity is well-integrated, contributing to a racy yet balanced palate. While presentation aspects like clear glassware are noted, the overall experience receives a moderate rating.

This Sauvignon Blanc from the Val de Loire exhibits a crystalline pale straw hue, indicative of its youthful vibrancy. The nose is an aromatic tapestry of zesty lime, white peach, and a whisper of elderflower, underscored by a subtle minerality that speaks to its terroir. On the palate, the wine is impeccably balanced, showcasing a lively acidity that enlivens the citrus and green apple core, while a hint of flinty complexity adds depth. The finish is clean and precise, with a lingering note of fresh-cut grass. A quintessential expression of Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc, this wine is both elegant and invigorating.
