Crisp and revitalizing wine that pairs elegantly with spicy cheeses and pepper jelly, making it an excellent recommendation for a hot day. The peach, mango, and kiwi suggestions are well-balanced and elevated by a zesty acidity, though the citrus profiles add a nice body to the wine. Overall, a exceptional wine for those hunting a light and lean option.

Domaine Estrade Côtes de Gascogne Blanc is praised for its crisp, revitalizing nature, with flavors of peach, mango, and kiwi, complemented by zesty acidity and citrus notes. While some appreciate its lean, Sauvignon Blanc-like profile, others enjoy its lively, dry character. Ideal for pairing with spicy cheeses, it's a refreshing choice for hot days.
This vibrant Côtes de Gascogne Blanc presents a pale straw hue, indicative of its youthful vigor. The nose is an aromatic bouquet of white peach, lime zest, and a hint of elderflower, underscored by a subtle minerality. On the palate, it reveals a lively interplay of citrus and stone fruit flavors, supported by a crisp, refreshing acidity that enhances its linear structure. The finish is clean and persistent, with a whisper of saline complexity. This wine exemplifies the region’s hallmark style, offering a delightful balance of freshness and aromatic intensity, ideal for immediate enjoyment.
