Pnx Yelmo
Subtle and understated sparkling wine with a nuanced approach to its fruit and flavor profile. The brioche and yeast whispers provide a concentrated foundation, as the pear and kumquat add a touch of sweetness. The mousse is light and airy, with a clear nose that follows through to the finish. The tropical and lime flavors are subtle, adding a refreshing quality to the wine. Overall, a wine that is unassuming and easy to appreciate.

Domaine du Pelican S° Brut S Zero is a subtle sparkling wine with nuanced fruit flavors. It features brioche and yeast notes, complemented by pear and kumquat sweetness. The light, airy mousse and refreshing tropical and lime hints make it easy to appreciate, though some may find it understated.
This Jura sparkling wine presents a luminous straw hue with persistent, fine bubbles. The nose is a sophisticated interplay of green apple, white blossom, and a hint of brioche, indicative of its zero dosage style. On the palate, it reveals a taut structure with vibrant acidity, underscoring flavors of lemon zest and crushed stone. The mid-palate is elegantly textured, leading to a mineral-driven finish that is both crisp and lingering. This wine exemplifies the precision and finesse characteristic of the Jura region, making it a compelling choice for those seeking a refined, terroir-expressive sparkling wine.
