This Chablis presents a luminous pale straw hue, indicative of its purity and precision. The nose is an intricate tapestry of green apple, lemon zest, and wet stone, underscored by a subtle hint of white blossom. On the palate, the wine is a masterclass in tension and minerality, with a steely backbone that supports its vibrant acidity. Flavors of crisp pear and chalky nuances emerge, leading to a saline-inflected finish that is both persistent and refreshing. This is a quintessential expression of Chablis, showcasing the finesse and elegance of old vine fruit from this storied region.
