Domaine Amélie & Charles Sparr Célébration Cremant Blanc

The Domaine Amélie & Charles Sparr Célébration Cremant Blanc is appreciated for its traditional method and complexity, with notes of toast and brioche. However, it lacks fruitiness and liveliness, and some find the citrus hints difficult to place. While the bubbles are assertive, it doesn't stand out among champagnes.

This Cremant Blanc exudes elegance with its fine, persistent mousse and pale straw hue. On the nose, it reveals a delicate bouquet of white blossoms, green apple, and a hint of brioche, indicative of its traditional method production. The palate is lively and precise, with a crisp acidity that frames flavors of citrus zest and pear, underscored by subtle mineral notes. The finish is clean and refreshing, with a lingering impression of almond and chalk. This wine exemplifies the finesse and balance characteristic of Alsatian sparkling wines, making it a commendable choice for celebratory occasions.
