Custard Chardonnay

Custard Chardonnay is praised for its rich, buttery, and creamy texture, with notes of citrus, vanilla, and oak. While some enjoy its decadent dessert-like quality, others find it lacking in complexity. The wine pairs well with seafood and holiday meals, offering a smooth, velvety finish. Opinions vary on its richness, but it remains a versatile and comforting choice for many.

Custard Chardonnay presents a luminous straw hue, unveiling a bouquet of ripe peach, baked apple, and a whisper of honeysuckle, underscored by subtle nuances of toasted brioche and vanilla from judicious oak aging. The palate is opulently textured, with a creamy mouthfeel that echoes its namesake, balanced by a vibrant streak of citrus acidity. This interplay of richness and freshness culminates in a lingering finish, marked by hints of almond and a touch of minerality. Exemplifying a modern California style, this Chardonnay is both indulgent and refined, offering a harmonious expression of fruit and oak integration.
