Token
Aged in American oak, the nose is characterized by a rich and creamy vanilla flavor with a light trace of coconut, supported by the sweetness of a praline with a strong green starfruit that provides a refreshing contrast to the creaminess. The flavor is soft and velvety, with a medium level of acidity, and is further enhanced by the body of ripe pineapple and suggestions of banana, all of which are cohesive by a dense and structured texture. The linger is long and intense, with a strong oak presence that continues on the palate, leaving a persistent aftertaste that is both nuanced and intriguing.

Coppo Chardonnay Piemonte Monteriolo is praised for its smooth, buttery texture and elegant integration of oak. It features tropical fruit, vanilla, and nutty notes with a bright acidity. While some appreciate its rich, full-bodied character, others find the finish fleeting. The wine's complexity and balance make it a popular choice for pairing with diverse dishes.
