Wine with a medium body, its oak influence is evident, but it lacks the density and richness typically associated with traditional Chardonnay. The finale is light, with a delicate suggestion of honey.

Voss Experts4.3

Cooper Mountain Chardonnay showcases a pale straw color and opens with inviting aromas of citrus blossom, green apple, and hints of vanilla and toasted almond. On the palate, it offers flavors of ripe pear, lemon zest, and a touch of tropical fruit, with underlying mineral notes. This Chardonnay is medium-bodied with a creamy texture and a vibrant acidity that provides freshness and balance. The finish is clean and persistent, with a subtle oak influence adding complexity. It pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes, such as roasted chicken, seafood risotto, and creamy pasta dishes.
