Subtle and structured wine with a cohesive harmony of undertones and a long, comforting finish.

Bordeaux-style wine with a long, light side, perfect for Napa Valley's 12-year-old wine.

Deep and full-bodied wine with a deep, soft texture, featuring a solid foundation of fruit that is slightly light in its tannin profile, making it a drinkable and enjoyable option. However, it is a stark warning sign of the impending bond market downturn, which will likely lead to a sharp decline in investor confidence and a potential sell-off in the coming months.

What the web is saying

Convexity Cabernet Sauvignon receives consistent praise for its rich, full-bodied character and soft texture, with many noting balanced tannins and a long, satisfying finish. While some find the tannin profile slightly light, others highlight its sophisticated structure and harmonious blend of fruit with earthy undertones. The wine is described as drinkable and pairing well with savory dishes.

Voss Experts4.5

Convexity Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep ruby color, with aromas of blackberry, black currant, and cassis. On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-structured, with ripe tannins and a long, smooth finish. The flavors are layered and complex, featuring notes of black cherry, cocoa, and spice. This is an elegant, well-made Cabernet Sauvignon that will be sure to please.
