Clos Roussely Temps Danse Rosé hails from the Touraine region in the Loire Valley, France, known for its cool climate and diverse terroir. This rosé is crafted from organically farmed grapes, primarily Gamay and Cabernet Franc. The grapes are harvested early to preserve freshness and acidity. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks to maintain the wine's vibrant fruit character. The result is a dry, crisp rosé with notes of red berries and a refreshing finish, ideal for warm weather enjoyment. This wine exemplifies the balance and finesse typical of Loire Valley rosés.
