The Clos du Val Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied, robust red wine with a deep, ruby red color. On the nose, aromas of dark cherry, currant, cassis, and blackberry are complemented by baking spices, vanilla, and cedar. On the palate, the wine is juicy and concentrated, with ripe, round tannins and a long finish. Its flavors of red and black fruits, dark chocolate, and mocha linger on the tongue. Enjoy this classic Cabernet Sauvignon with a steak or roast beef.
