Very nice wine, but I was expecting more merit for the price point, considering it's their entry-level cabernet sauvignon.

Rich, mellow textures and warm, comforting suggestions of spice, vanilla, and cherry, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

Rich, full-bodied wine with a dry to extra dry finish, smooth by moderate tannins and acidity. deep fruit tones of plum, blackberry, and cherry are accompanied by oak, vanilla, and chocolate, and yet leather and spice add depth. A long, enjoyable finish.

What the web is saying

Cliff Lede Cabernet Sauvignon is praised for its rich, full-bodied profile with deep fruit tones like plum, blackberry, and cherry. It features warm spice, vanilla, and oak, with a smooth finish. While some appreciate its complexity, others feel it lacks value for its price. The wine is noted for its mellow textures and inviting atmosphere, with moderate tannins and a long finish.

Voss Experts4.6

This Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon presents a deep garnet hue, unveiling an intricate bouquet of cassis, ripe black cherry, and subtle hints of graphite. On the palate, it offers a full-bodied structure with velvety tannins and a harmonious balance of acidity. The wine's complexity is further enhanced by layers of dark chocolate, cedar, and a whisper of dried herbs, leading to a long, elegant finish. This expression is a quintessential representation of its terroir, showcasing both power and finesse, making it a benchmark for modern Napa Cabernet enthusiasts.
