The linger is significantly long and satisfying, leaving a comforting aftertaste. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with this wine's versatility and depth.

A multi faceted and intriguing blend of Sauvignon Gris and Blanc, with a smoky first note giving way to a nuanced fruit and floral profile. The tasting is featured by a nuanced licorice and vanilla note, tempered by a dry, herbaceous finish.

Dimensional and somewhat unbalanced wine with a greasy texture and a nose that is centered around by acidity, green apple, unripe apricot, and a nuance of cut grass and stones from a peach, although the latter is not actually present. while it may appeal to some, it falls short for this reviewer.
