Chimney Rock is a winery in the Stags Leap District whose estate began taking shape when Hack and Stella Wilson bought a 180-acre parcel in 1980; the winery was established in 1981. Its first estate vintage was produced in 1984, and the Terlato family joined the Wilson family as partners in 2000. The Terlatos have owned it outright since 2004.

The estate comprises 119 acres of vineyards divided into 28 blocks, and its plantings include 46 acres planted entirely to Cabernet Sauvignon in 2002. Certified sustainable viticulture includes cover crops between vineyard rows to improve soil health, while the winemaking facility allows separate fermentation of each block and long-term aging in French oak barrels in climate-controlled rooms. Its wines include estate Cabernet Sauvignons and Bordeaux-style red blends, with all grapes for these wines grown on the estate.
On VinoVoss, Chimney Rock has 4 wines in stock: 3 red, 1 white. Their average rating is 4.3 out of 5 from 472 ratings.
