Chavy-Chouet Les Maréchaux Bourgogne Aligoté

Chardonnay

This Aligoté from Chavy-Chouet presents a luminous pale straw hue, indicative of its youthful vibrancy. The nose is a precise interplay of green apple and citrus zest, underscored by subtle white floral notes and a hint of wet stone minerality. On the palate, it showcases a taut, linear structure with brisk acidity that enlivens the wine's core. The mid-palate reveals a delicate almond and saline character, leading to a crisp, clean finish. This wine is a quintessential expression of the Aligoté varietal, offering both finesse and a refreshing clarity that aligns with the classic Burgundian style.
