Chavy-Chouet is a wine estate bringing together two families from two villages on the Côte. After six years at viticultural school and experience in vine growing and winemaking around the world, Romaric has run the estate on his own since 2006.

The estate’s 15 hectares span 14 appellations, and its grape varieties are Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Daily, moderate ploughing replaces herbicides in the vineyards, while sulphur and copper are the only inputs used on the land. Work in the cellar follows a similarly restrained approach, with gravity used to fill barrels and intervention kept to a minimum. Its wines include Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin, Volnay and Pommard.
On VinoVoss, Chavy-Chouet has 4 wines in stock: 1 red, 3 white. Their average rating is 3.9 out of 5 from 57 ratings.
