The olfactory discovery is rooted in the sense of place, with the nose providing a clear and direct sense of the environment. The flavors, however, are shaped by a lack of nuance and dimensionality, with little to no profoundness or nuance.
Robbje Traversin
A impeccably cooked rib eye is a remarkable selection for a special occasion.
Zhuo
Rich, rich red appearance with a subtle sheen. A mix of dried nuts, dark fruits, and a suggestion of warmth. The nose is understated, with a faintly spicy undertone. The tasting is smooth, with a slightly jammy texture. The linger is crisp, with a lingering boozy note. A solid, drinkable Bordeaux from a fine vintage. The estate has a long history, with 11 generations of winemakers contributing to its success. The Duberge family has invested in modernizing the winery, incorporating a blend of traditional and innovative techniques.

Château Saint-Sulpice Bordeaux is praised for its rich, full-bodied character, with notes of dark fruit, earthy undertones, and a smooth finish. While many appreciate its complexity and balance, some find it lacks nuance and depth. It's a versatile wine, pairing well with both robust dishes and casual meals. Overall, it offers good value for its price, making it a popular choice among Bordeaux enthusiasts.
