I'm not convinced about pairing wine with curry. I'd like to explore other options.

What the web is saying

Château du Cèdre Blandine Le Blanc is praised for its vibrant citrus and refreshing character, often described as dry and crisp with a mineral finish. While some appreciate its lively and invigorating notes, others find it straightforward and uncomplicated. The blend of Colombard, Ugni blanc, and Sauvignon blanc grapes contributes to its bright and zesty profile, making it a good value for everyday drinking.

Voss Experts4.5

This wine presents a pale straw hue, offering an inviting glimpse into its vibrant character. The nose is a harmonious blend of white peach and honeysuckle, underscored by a subtle minerality that speaks to its terroir. On the palate, it reveals a medium-bodied structure with a crisp, lively acidity that enhances the citrus and green apple notes. The finish is clean and refreshing, with a whisper of almond and a touch of salinity, indicative of its regional pedigree. This wine exemplifies the finesse and balance typical of a well-crafted French white.
