This Bordeaux Sec presents contrasting impressions, with some praising its graceful elegance, lively tartness, and refined texture that pairs well with seafood, while others find it soft and unremarkable despite notes of honeydew melon, grass, and lemon. Opinions vary between appreciation for its subtle character and criticism of its quiet mediocrity.
This Bordeaux Sec presents a pale straw hue, offering an aromatic bouquet of green apple, white peach, and a hint of flinty minerality. On the palate, it reveals a crisp, medium-bodied structure with vibrant acidity that underscores its citrus and stone fruit core. Subtle notes of honeysuckle and a whisper of wet stone add layers of complexity, leading to a clean, refreshing finish. This wine exemplifies the precision and elegance typical of Bordeaux's dry whites, making it an excellent choice for those seeking a refined expression of the region's terroir.
