This wine is a voluptuous and earthy experience, with a deep, forest floor character that's refined by gentle subtle flavors of leather and tobacco. The tannins are plush and smooth, coating the mouthfeel with a contenting finish. The fruit touches are muted, but the earthy background notes linger, leaving a staying impression. A perfect pairing for a hearty, gamey dish like filet mignon.

A perfect Bordeaux Sunday, with Clerc-Milon's second wine highlighting remarkable quality. The 7-year-old wine is already well-balanced, with a deep, concentrated color and multi faceted aromas of blackberry, plum, oak, tobacco, and leather. The tannins are gentle and elegant, with a long, pleasing finish. The wine is already a standout, and it will continue to improve over the next 5-7 years. We're delighted to have a few more bottles in the cellar. Cheers!
Zerline

While some appreciate its smooth tannins and long finish, others find it lacks fruit intensity. The wine's complexity and balance are often highlighted, making it a versatile choice for various occasions. Its aging potential is noted, though some vintages may not appeal to all palates.
