Sonjia
Robust and well-rounded wine with a deep, bold purple hue, matched by a nose of blackberry and sweet plum, with subtle whispers of pepper and leather. The taste is recognized by a firm, medium body, accompanied by a muscular tannic structure and a fulfilling level of alcohol. The in total impression is one of well-balanced, delicate flavor.
Shalni
Remarkably well-balanced and harmonious wine for its price point, boasting a gentle consistency and a texture that highlights a delightful symmetry of bright, fruity flavors and elegant oak undertones.
Ador
The nose reveals a bold oak and chocolate bouquet, with a note of fruitiness. Upon sipping, the initial tannins overpower the palate, but as the wine ages, the body becomes smoother and more refined. A classic pairing, particularly with grilled meats like Miyazaki steak cooked to medium rare. A well-crafted wine, indeed.
