Sherlyon Cupcake
Robust and full-bodied Chenin Blanc from Vouvray, boasting a golden tinge and a evolved nose of exotic tropical fruits, honey, and crushed gravel. The sensation is distinguished by pronounced minerality, followed by smoky hints and a lingering finish, making for a truly extraordinary wine.
Dup
A full bodied and intricate wine with a medium lemon color, featuring a medium + intensity of aromas. The nose is recognized by the presence of lychee melon, some mint, and secondary aromas of butter, butterscotch, and charred wood. The palate is dry, with a high acidity, and a medium body. The undertones are robust and intense, with accents of melon, lychee, ripe peach, grapefruit zest, and cooked apple. The follow through is long and satisfying, with a strong intensity of suggestions that lingers on the palate. Overall, this wine is of very good quality and can be enjoyed now or aged for a longer period.
Glender
A detailed and fascinating wine with a rich, golden hue. Its initial nose is surprisingly earthy, with a suggestion of dampness that gives way to a sweet, creamy aroma reminiscent of ripe cheese and a subtle, nutty undertone. The layers are similarly tantalizing, with a light cohesion of honey and a whisper of toasted grain. This wine is best suited for pairing with Asian-inspired dishes or rich, creamy cheeses.
