Sheeesh Katsuno
Delicate, effervescent wine with a elegant rose petal hue, its aromatic profile is marked by a yeasty, slightly tart nose. As the profile unfolds, the nose gives way to a nuanced floral notes of pink grapefruit, wild strawberry, and raspberry, with a crisp, dry lasting impression that lingers.
Philby
Full-bodied, concentrated red fruit with a grip reminiscent of brioche, giving a luxurious and comforting experience.
Andrey
Bracing and fruity sparkling rosé with a unique flavor profile, featuring notes of watermelon, grapefruit, strawberries, and yeast on the palate. The high crispness provides a vibrant and bracing finish. even as it may lack some of the creaminess and elegance of a more sophisticated sparkling rosé, it is still a pleasant and affordable option for those searching for a Spanish cava.

This Cava Rosat Brut presents contrasting characteristics, with some praising its crisp acidity, floral notes of strawberry and grapefruit, and balanced structure, while others find it overly heavy or lacking creaminess. The wine shows consistent red fruit flavors and yeasty complexity across multiple vintages.
