Displaying a pale straw hue, the Caravinserail Elicio Vermentino opens with a bouquet of vibrant citrus blossoms and green apple, underscored by a subtle hint of wild herbs. On the palate, it reveals a crisp, mineral-driven profile, with zesty lemon and white peach flavors that are elegantly balanced by a refreshing acidity. The mid-palate is textured, showcasing a slight salinity that adds depth and complexity. The finish is clean and precise, with lingering notes of lime zest and a whisper of almond.
