Cape Mentelle Marri Cabernet Sauvignon 2023

Cabernet Sauvignon

Displaying a deep garnet hue, this Cabernet Sauvignon unfolds with a bouquet of blackcurrant, cedar, and subtle graphite, underscored by hints of dark chocolate and dried herbs. On the palate, it reveals a robust structure with finely grained tannins and a vibrant acidity that frames the concentrated core of cassis and plum. The mid-palate is enriched by nuances of eucalyptus and a whisper of vanilla from well-judged oak integration. A long, mineral-driven finish cements its status as a quintessential expression of Margaret River terroir, promising both immediate pleasure and potential for graceful aging.
