This Pinot Grigio from Cà Montini presents a luminous straw hue, indicative of its purity and precision. The nose is a refined bouquet of white peach, honeysuckle, and a whisper of almond, underscored by a subtle minerality that speaks to its Trentino origins. On the palate, it is elegantly structured, with a harmonious interplay of crisp acidity and a delicate, creamy texture. The finish is clean and persistent, with lingering notes of citrus zest and a hint of saline. This wine exemplifies the finesse and clarity typical of premium Northern Italian Pinot Grigio.

Cà Montini Pinot Grigio originates from the Trentino region in northern Italy, known for its cool alpine climate which preserves the grape's natural acidity. The vineyards are situated on alluvial soils that contribute to the wine's mineral character. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to ensure a balance of fruit and acidity. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks to maintain freshness and varietal purity, with no oak influence. This Pinot Grigio is crafted to be a crisp, refreshing wine with notes of green apple and pear, suitable for immediate enjoyment.
