Crisp and vibrant Pinot Grigio with a soft sweetness, enhanced by a whisper of hay and a touch of melon, even as a deep pear note adds profoundness and minerality. Its crisp zest makes it a amazing pairing for spicy dishes, pasta, and bready pizza.
