Diyara
Vibrant and vibrant wine with a tangy, citrusy character. Not a sweet wine, but rather a dry and herbaceous one. If you're looking for a more full-bodied Sauvignon Blanc, this may not be the best choice. However, if you're in the mood for something simple and uncomplicated, this is a mind-blowing option.

Bucher Sauvignon Blanc 2020 is praised for its vibrant, tangy, and citrusy character. It is dry and herbaceous, appealing to those who prefer a simple, uncomplicated wine. While it's not sweet or full-bodied, it offers a refreshing experience for fans of lighter Sauvignon Blancs.
This Sauvignon Blanc presents a luminous straw hue, revealing a bouquet of pronounced gooseberry, freshly cut grass, and a hint of elderflower, underscored by a subtle minerality. On the palate, it offers a vibrant acidity that harmonizes with flavors of zesty lime and green apple, creating a refreshing and invigorating profile. The wine's medium body is complemented by a clean, crisp finish with lingering notes of flinty minerality and a whisper of white peach. This expression exemplifies the varietal's hallmark characteristics, positioning it as a quintessential representation of cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc.
