Brunn Grüner Veltliner 2025

Brunn Grüner Veltliner offers crisp acidity and refreshing character with harmonious fruit-mineral balance. While praised for zesty finishes and value, some find its lightness detracting. Distinctive petrol/herbal notes and versatile food pairing potential emerge as key themes.

This Grüner Veltliner presents a pale straw hue, with a bouquet that unfolds layers of white pepper, green apple, and a hint of lime zest, characteristic of Austria's Kamptal region. On the palate, it exhibits a vibrant acidity that harmonizes with its medium body, offering a complex interplay of stone fruit and subtle herbaceous undertones. The minerality is pronounced, echoing the terroir's loess and primary rock soils, leading to a crisp, lingering finish. This wine exemplifies the varietal's potential for elegance and precision, making it a benchmark for Grüner Veltliner enthusiasts.
