This Barolo Castellero from Brezza is a rich and intense red wine that offers aromas of dark berry, spice, and dried herbs. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, with soft tannins and a well-integrated finish. It is a complex and layered wine that will be an excellent accompaniment to grilled meats, aged cheeses, and roasted vegetables.

Thieum
Rich, gentle wine with a deep, dark color, featuring the nuances of the older vineyard on calcareous clay soil. A understated dash of vanilla emerges after 5 minutes, followed by a dimensional perfume of red fruit and black cherry, which gradually unfurls in the glass. The tannins are finely grained, with varying degrees of dryness, making this a well suited standout for sipping late into the evening or pairing with a hearty meal.
Dup
Intense and textured wine with a deep, velvety texture, featuring a prominent red fruit character, elevated by delicate flavors of oak, leather, and a whisper of tobacco.
Ramoshie
Castellero is a serious vineyard. Tannins are subtly present, with undertones of rich fruit, cherry, and tobacco, refined by mineral undertones.

Brezza Barolo Castellero is praised for its rich, full-bodied profile with deep red fruit, cherry, and forest floor notes. While some appreciate its smooth tannins and balanced acidity, others find it slightly dry. The wine's aromas of leather, oak, and floral hints add complexity, making it suitable for aging. Its nuanced flavors and elegant structure make it a favorite for pairing with hearty meals.
