I wish I'd had this chilled and returned in.

Vibrant and zesty Prosecco that pairs well with lighter fare. The nose is influenced by by citrus and green apple, with a hint of pear. The taste is equally well-balanced, with a strong citrus structure and a delightful acidity. The finish is long and mineral-driven, with a nuanced saltiness. A pleasant, if unremarkable, drink for everyday consumption.

Crisp, lean Prosecco with a lively effervescence, a even acidity, and a dry, gratifying finish.

This Prosecco presents a pale straw hue with a lively mousse. On the nose, it exudes aromas of ripe pear, white peach, and a hint of acacia blossom, underscored by a subtle minerality. The palate is light-bodied yet vibrant, showcasing a harmonious balance between its crisp acidity and gentle sweetness. Flavors of green apple and citrus zest are complemented by a delicate floral note on the finish. While not overly complex, this Prosecco is a well-crafted example of the style, offering an approachable and refreshing expression of Glera.
