Multi faceted nose with a cohesion of citrus, lemon, and gooseberry notes, tempered by a clean and slightly sharp character. The fruit is underripe and mineral-driven, with a lingering sense of sweetness that cries out for a touch of sweetness to equilibrium the acidity.

The Bodegas Faustino Art Collection Garnacha Rosé 2019 is noted for its multifaceted nose with citrus, lemon, and gooseberry aromas. While some appreciate its clean, sharp character and mineral-driven fruit, others feel it lacks balance, needing more sweetness to counteract the acidity.
This Garnacha Rosé presents a delicate ballet of pale salmon hues, offering an inviting bouquet of wild strawberries, white peach, and a whisper of rose petal. On the palate, it unveils a precise interplay of vibrant acidity and a supple, medium-bodied texture, underscored by a mineral backbone that speaks to its terroir. The finish is elegantly prolonged, with a lingering hint of citrus zest and a touch of salinity that enhances its refreshing character. This rosé exemplifies the finesse of modern Spanish winemaking, poised as a quintessential expression of the Garnacha varietal.
