This Pet-Nat is crafted by Bodegas Carrau, a family-run winery with a rich history in Uruguay. The Castel Pujol vineyard benefits from a temperate climate influenced by the nearby Atlantic Ocean, which helps maintain the grapes' natural acidity. Made using the ancestral method, this sparkling wine undergoes a single fermentation in the bottle, capturing its natural effervescence. The result is a lively, refreshing wine with bright fruit flavors and a crisp finish. Ideal for those exploring natural wines, it offers a vibrant expression of the terroir and winemaking tradition.
