Bodega Elias Mora Gran Elías Mora Añada Singular la Senda de los Lobos 2017

Voss Expert tasting note

This Tempranillo from Toro is a masterclass in intensity and elegance. Inky purple in the glass, it exudes a bouquet of ripe blackberries, cassis, and a whisper of violets, underscored by a subtle minerality. The palate is robust yet refined, with layers of dark fruit, licorice, and a touch of graphite, all framed by firm, velvety tannins. A vibrant acidity provides balance, leading to a long, resonant finish with hints of dark chocolate and spice. This wine stands as a quintessential expression of Toro's power and finesse, promising further evolution with cellaring.
