Bellavista Vendemmia Brut is praised for its refined elegance, balanced flavors, and vibrant finish. It features citrus, floral, and nutty notes with a silky texture. Some find it full-bodied and complex, while others note a subtle sweetness and mineral hints. A few mention its effervescence waning over time. Overall, it's a well-crafted sparkling wine suitable for special occasions.
A luminous straw hue introduces this refined Franciacorta, with a persistent perlage that speaks to its meticulous craftsmanship. The nose is an intricate tapestry of white blossom, crisp green apple, and a whisper of almond, underscored by a subtle brioche complexity. On the palate, it reveals a poised structure, where vibrant acidity harmonizes with a creamy mousse, leading to a mineral-driven, elegantly dry finish. This Brut exemplifies the finesse and precision of Lombardy's sparkling wines, offering a sophisticated expression that is both a testament to its terroir and a benchmark for the region.
