Bella Union Sauvignon Blanc presents a luminous, pale straw hue, indicative of its vibrant character. The nose is an intricate bouquet of zesty lime, white peach, and a whisper of freshly cut grass, underscored by a subtle minerality that speaks to its terroir. On the palate, it is crisp and lively, with a harmonious balance of bright acidity and a silky texture. Flavors of grapefruit and green apple are interwoven with hints of elderflower, leading to a clean, refreshing finish. Voluptuous and full-bodied wine with a gentle texture, complemented by soft undertones of oak and vanilla on the nose. The aftertaste is long and satisfying, with a supple and rounded body. A excellent top pick for those who prefer a full-bodied white wine.
