Bella Union Sauvignon Blanc presents a luminous, pale straw hue, indicative of its vibrant character. The nose is an intricate bouquet of zesty lime, white peach, and a whisper of freshly cut grass, underscored by a subtle minerality that speaks to its terroir. On the palate, it is crisp and lively, with a harmonious balance of bright acidity and a silky texture. Flavors of grapefruit and green apple are interwoven with hints of elderflower, leading to a clean, refreshing finish.
