Kutkoning
Harmonious blend of Carricante, Minnella Bianco, and Catarratto, aged for 7 months in stainless steel, revealing a bracing and refreshing character. The volcanic minerality and citrus hints are evident, tempered by a hint of sweetness, likely due to the blend's balance with the other Sicilian antique grapes. A perfect pairing with a traditional Arancino, the wine's freshness and tanginess make it an excellent match.
