Dae-Ik
Ryan's wines showcase a remarkable harmony of fruit, acidity, and minerality, yielding a seamless and zesty profile. The nose is distinguished by citrus and quince notes, accompanied by mineral undertones. nuances of citrus and green apple are present, with a medium body that is well-suited to the varietal. However, the wine falls short in terms of salinity, making it a less-than-perfect representation of the Etna white style.
Krisztian
Racy and lean white wine with a pale yellow color and a mild nuance of white fruit, accompanied by a citrusy and slightly tart taste profile. The high tanginess and short conclusion make it a excellent premium for those who prefer a lighter, more lively wine.
Rafaeli Lacoua
Robust tapestry of layers and nuance, with a elegant evenness of freshness and depth. The hints unfold with a soft interplay of pear and citrus, evoking a sense of freshness and vitality.

Nicosia Lenza di Munti Etna Bianco is praised for its citrus, floral, and mineral notes, with a lively and refreshing profile. While some appreciate its balanced acidity and complexity, others find it lacking in salinity and depth. The wine's medium body and hints of pineapple and quince are noted, though opinions vary on its representation of the Etna style.
This Etna Bianco presents a luminous straw hue, revealing its volcanic origins with a nose of white peach, lemon zest, and a whisper of crushed stone minerality. On the palate, it offers a harmonious interplay of vibrant acidity and a subtle, saline undertone, characteristic of its terroir. The medium-bodied structure is elegantly layered with notes of green apple and almond, leading to a crisp, lingering finish. This wine exemplifies the finesse and complexity of Sicilian whites, making it a compelling choice for those seeking the quintessential expression of Etna's unique viticultural landscape.
