The Banfi Principessa Gavia is a stunning Italian white wine made from the indigenous Cortese variety in the Gavi region. This light-bodied, crisp, and aromatic white wine offers a tantalizing nose of white flowers and fresh yellow fruits such as peaches and apricots. On the palate, the Principessa Gavia has a pleasant acidity and a delicate minerality, which pairs perfectly with light seafood dishes or salads. It has a lingering finish with pleasant notes of honey and herbs. Enjoy this delightful white wine as an aperitif or as a companion to any meal.
