Jafesson Palazolli
I thoroughly enjoy vermentino, uniquely when paired with a variety of cuisines. Its versatility is undeniable, and I often find myself drawn to its pairing with cheese, particularly Sardinian delicacies like bottarga. at the same time it may not be a perfect wine, it is consistently satisfying. The lively zest and elegant sweetness make it a comforting accompaniment to the palate. Overall, I highly recommend vermentino for its refreshing qualities.
Adelio
Refreshing and crisp wine with a clean and light character, reflective of a typical Sardinian vermentino. The tastes are subtle, with nuances of pear, lemon, and apple, accompanied by a dash of honey. The lasting impression is mineral, leaving a comforting aftertaste. and yet it may not be the top notch of its peers, it is a solid standout for those seeking a light and easy-drinking option.
Aw3,
Lean discovery in the US, perfect for warm weather. This Vermentino is a impressive option for a light and easy-drinking meal, ideal for seafood or vegetable-forward pasta dishes.

Azienda Vitivinicola Cardedu Nùo Vermentino is praised for its refreshing, crisp, and mineral-rich profile, with notes of honey, citrus, and pear. While some find it versatile and perfect for warm weather, others feel it lacks excitement. Its subtle sweetness and elegant complexity make it a solid choice for pairing with seafood and cheese, though it may not stand out among its peers.
Azienda Vitivinicola Cardedu Nùo Vermentino presents a luminous straw hue, revealing a bouquet of ripe peach, honeysuckle, and a whisper of Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it unfolds with a vibrant acidity that underscores its saline minerality, a hallmark of its Sardinian terroir. The mid-palate is textured, offering layers of citrus zest and a hint of almond, culminating in a crisp, lingering finish. This Vermentino exemplifies the varietal's potential for complexity and balance, making it a compelling choice for those seeking a nuanced expression of coastal Italian whites.
