Fjodor
Full bodied and multi faceted wine with a deep, supple tactile quality and a long, delightful finish. The nose is marked by by black fruit and leather, with subtle touches of oak and white pepper. Paniz
Bold, unapologetic introduction to the world of Montefalco Sagrantino. The initial shockwave of gamey aromas is a jarring yet captivating start, much like the unexpected richness of a masterfully seared filet mignon. Leather and blackcurrants add intensity to the well-rounded landscape, and yet the palate's extreme tannins leave a continuing impression, akin to a parched mouth feeling the dryness of a desert landscape. A drink that defies the conventions of a lounge setting, but surprisingly pairs well with a hearty steak and earthy mushrooms.
Mathylda
Opulent and intense wine with a deep, rich color. The fruit profiles are intense and layered, with hints of inky cherries, bramble, and violets. The tannins are strong and velvety, providing a smooth texture. The wine is still young and fresh, with a promising future ahead.
