Tasting highlight
The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve its natural acidity and vibrant fruit profile. It is then aged in a combination of French and American oak barrels, imparting subtle spice and structure.

This Argatia Xinomavro presents a deep ruby hue, indicative of its robust character. The nose is a sophisticated tapestry of ripe black cherry, sun-dried tomato, and a whisper of rose petal, underscored by earthy undertones of forest floor and forest floor. On the palate, it reveals a firm tannic structure, balanced by vibrant acidity, which is characteristic of the Xinomavro grape. The wine's medium body carries flavors of black olive and dried herbs, culminating in a long, savory finish with hints of leather and spice. This is a quintessential expression of Naoussa's terroir, promising both immediate pleasure and aging potential.
